100% British beef goes into Superior Beef Dripping.
This can be traced back to the British Farms and Farmers.
Superior Beef Dripping is manufactured in Yorkshire within a close vicinity to our restaurants – which also lowers our food miles and carbon foot print.
100% British Beef.
Naturally low in Trans Fats.
Refined beef dripping not only has a high smoke point of 210°C, but has a very long frying life outperforming vegetable oils and fats.
It can be seen that beef dripping has high oxidative stability compared with vegetable oils.
Nortech’s factory is operated under strict supervision of Government Veterinary Inspectors to guarantee that every aspect of its operation, from raw material sourcing and reception, through processing to end product quality, meets the complex and stringent requirements of the European Animal By-Products Regulations (1774/2002/EC).
