What is Change 4 Life?

Change 4 Life is a government ran campaign which focuses on educating and informaing the general public to make smart decisions regarding calories and sugar content in meals and drinks. We have subscribed to this campaign and implemented changes to our menu to ensure our meals can be enjoyed as part of a balanced, healthy and active lifestyle. 

The changes we have made vary from only selling sugar free drinks in our takeaways to carefully selecting ingredients and cooking methods – all to ensure a visit to Papa’s can be within your 600 calorie recommendation. You’ll be pleased to know our best selling dish – Regular Haddock & Chips is only 575 kcal per portion.
